About
Harvard & Taylor is a privately owned British investment and real estate group.
We buy land and buildings, develop them well and hold them for the long term. We have a simple test for what we build: we should be happy to live there ourselves.
We also own and build businesses in supported living, transitional housing, care and property services. They have their own names, their own teams and their own way of doing things. We don't try to make them all look the same.
We are careful about what we buy and prepared to take our time. We would rather own a small number of good businesses and properties for a long time than grow for the sake of it.
The aim is simple: buy well, improve what we own and leave it better than we found it.
Owner-Operator Model
We buy to own. We own to operate.
Harvard & Taylor is an owner-operator, not a trader. We acquire property and businesses, develop them to a higher standard, and hold them for long-term rental income and operating cash flow. Reinvested earnings fund the next acquisition — compounding value without a fund life or forced exit.
